Caravan Park and General Store Managers

A hardworking, competent couple is required to manage a small but popular Fleurieu seaside caravan park and busy seasonal takeaway and general store with SeaLink ferry and Australia Post agencies. The successful couple will be personable with sound negotiating skills motivated by profit achievement. Shop experience and food handling knowledge is desirable along with the ability to manage stock. Basic handyman, computer literacy and reporting skills are essential. The business has experienced strong growth under new ownership and still has significant untapped potential especially in off-peak times. Applicants will need to demonstrate their ability and enthusiasm for sustained business growth and profitability. Negotiable remuneration package includes large fully furnished residence, motor vehicle (van) and other allowances. The park is being upgraded progressively and the recently acquired Jetty Store will be integrated to form part of future upgrades.
